Overview
We offer free shipping on all orders! We also accept returns for up to 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. For any issues or questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team—we’re here to help!
Shipping
All orders are shipped from within the UAE/Dubai using Emirates Post for fast and reliable delivery. For EU orders, we ship with DPD.
- UAE/Dubai Shipping: Delivery takes 1-2 days
- EU Shipping: Delivery takes up to 7 days
Please note that shipping is free for all orders, both UAE and EU.
Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, and we will provide a full refund for the original purchase price. Please ensure the items are unused and in their original condition.
Once we’ve processed your return, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a 5 business days.

Please note: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within a few business days, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you want instead.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, we can offer you a store credit instead of a refund. Please contact us with your gift details for assistance.
